To keep things simple, shipping within the Continental U.S. is included in our prices.
International Orders:
We can ship orders all over the world, and have done so without issue. This website does not calculate the shipping cost. It will come up as $0 in the shopping cart and at checkout. We will reach out to you with the cost of shipping your order and make separate arrangements following your order.
If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order, we would be happy to provide this. Please contact us via email, phone, or contact form and we will be happy to quote a shipping cost for you.
If something we sell isn’t right for you or your needs, you are welcome to return it within 30 days. Returns after 30 days can not be accepted. Please contact us to discuss the issue, we will be happy to work with you to identify the concern and see what can be done to make things right for you, or arrange for the return. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number to be written on the outside of the package to identify it. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. International shipping charges are not refundable.
