Your new Equinox EV is the BEST thing ever, isn't it!! Except for that little glare issue in the windshield..... Yeah, it spoils the view in a pretty big way.
Our new DashPad takes care of that. Get rid of the glare. NO. MORE. GLARE.
The DashPad is an automotive carpet pad that sits on the plastic dash, shading it from the sun. It is cut to fit the curved shape on the dash for a stylish look, and custom cut for all vents and indicators. Installation is a breeze! It tucks in at the front, and that's it. 2 sided non-marking tape is included in case you want to secure it a little more at the rear or around the defroster vent
Available in our Black and Graphite carpet colors. Black is a complete solution. NO. MORE. GLARE. Graphite eliminates the worst of it, but some say they still see some patterning in the windshield in bright sun. (NOTE: Due to supply issues, graphite color is ONLY availailable for HUD cars.)
Note: Model Options include Heads Up Display (HUD) equipped cars or Not HUD equipped cars. The HUD unit is built into a raised section of the dash in front of the driver and has a large window on top. This projects a large amount of information onto the windshield in front of the driver. Non-HUD equipped cars have a small window (@2' x 4") that ONLY displays 6 red flashing lights if the car senses an potential crash.
