RAV4 Hybrid and Prime owners, rejoice! The RAV4Screen and the new RAV4UpperScreen are compatible with your vehicles.

As reported by owners of 2019+ Toyota RAV4s, punctures of their AC condensers or radiators have been a common problem due to the open design of the grill, allowing rocks to pass through and strike the condenser or radiator at speed. Repairing this issue is both challenging and expensive. One owner even reported a $1,800 repair bill. Furthermore, new car warranties typically exclude road hazard damage.

Our solution to this issue is the RAV4Screen, available in two different versions, as there are two distinct grill shapes. The upper version is compatible with the Adventure trim RAV4, while the lower version works with all others, including the Hybrid and Prime models.  If you order the RAV4 upper grill screen with the RAV4Screen, you will save $5 off the set.

The 2026 RAV4 is an all new car, but is back with the same old problem.  For 2026, we offer the same upper and lower screens, just in revised shapes for your cool new grill design. Both upper and lower pieces are our black powdercoated expanded metal mesh trimmed with a 100% neoprene rubber edge trim to protect things.  Installation of both pieces is the same as the older versions.
