Introducing our latest product, the IntercoolerScreens! A customer expressed the need for a screen to keep bugs and debris out of his Subaru's intercooler, and we were happy to oblige. We are proud to announce that these are now available, and we offer two options made with durable stainless steel mesh and our new version in black expanded metal mesh.  The stainless steel mesh comes in your choice of a traditional woven mesh, or a new and exciting welded grid design. The expanded metal version is aluminum and features diamond shaped holes as shown in the picture library.  All options are trimmed with rubber edge trim for a perfect fit and maximum protection for your intercooler. These IntercoolerScreens are compatible with the Ascent, Outback, and any other new Subaru that utilizes the same intercooler.

The welded stainless steel mesh option has four holes per inch, while the woven mesh has six holes per inch.  The expanded metal mesh holes are @1/8" x 1/4".   Each has approximately 75% open area for optimal airflow to your AC condenser and radiator. IntercoolerScreens have been used with Subaru Intercoolers for many years, and my son and I have used them on our WRXs without any noticeable change in performance, even with spirited driving.
