The extended-size 4-piece VoltFloorMats are purposely designed with 2" high sides to protect the sides of the footwells from wear, moisture, and salt staining. The front pieces are also cut extra long at the seat to protect more of the carpet. The extra height on the sides has eliminated salt staining on both sides and the rear of the foot well, and they look great!  They are also in a standard size 4-piece similar to the OEM version.

VoltFloorMats are available in 2 colors/materials, plush black and the more durable ribbed charcoal ($10 extra), the same waterproof, washable materials that I use for the VoltMats. They are available for the Gen 1 and the Gen 2 Volt.

The VoltFloorMats re-use the same floor mounting collars and lugs as the OEM mats for a secure fit and to save you money. And don't worry, the collars are simple to move to the new mats, or even switch for summer/winter. With better materials and more coverage, your car will be better for it.

VoltFloorMats have been available for 3 years they have been a huge success. The Gen 2 version offers even more coverage, a better fit, and all of the other great features.

These are not sealed at the corners. We've experimented with this all winter and found that it was not necessary, especially given the additional cost and complexity that it would bring. You can glue the corners using many different adhesives or tape if you prefer, but I have found that they actually work better without, as they can flex and form the car better. They are also much easier to clean and wash when removed from the car if they are flat.
