In response to the mounting concern over ice and snow build-up in the charge port of the Volt, I summoned all of the elves in the VoltShop and put their little brains to work. And the work they did!  They absolutely outdid themselves on this little gizmo. In the tradition of elves, they think the VoltPort charge port cover is a really neat stocking stuffer.

• It is stiff enough to stay in place in all kinds of weather but soft and flexible enough to easily install in seconds.

• A black color cover just blends right in with the charge port, and no one really knows it is there, silently protecting your car.
• It is pinned in place by the J1722 charge handle and the latching button for the port door.
• Rain, snow. and ice will not be able to get in there and give you fits about the mess.
• Black is the standard color, but I can make them in red by special request.
• Black will blend right in with the charge port plastic and be nearly invisible. We have found that the other colors show dirt quite quickly.
