Some may question whether this is additional applicable to the Gen2 Volt, but I'm here to say that it is. Circled is the damage to the A/C condenser, which sits in the area of the car that is vulnerable to foreign object damage via the under-protected grill (as the car ships from the factory). GM refused to cover this damage because I was outside of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. This device is without a doubt worth the (very little) money and time required to get and install it. Took me 10 minutes, and it looks great. Furthermore, the customer service that you provided was extremely personalized; far over and above any e-commerce experience I have ever had, period. I recently used my transaction with you as an example of what the future of e-commerce should look like."
